Voyatek is seeking applicants to occupy the position of
Expert IT Specialist our NYS Information Technology Services Team located in Albany, NY.
Key Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Perform as a PeopleSoft techno functional analyst, who can perform both technical and functional tasks.
- Setup and maintain configuration/base tables and troubleshoot configuration issues related to Billing, eBill Payment, AR, and GL
- Perform Fit-gap analysis
- Write Functional Specifications
- Code PeopleSoft financials modifications using the PeopleSoft development tools.
- Communicate with users to gather requirements for projects and enhancements to the production system.
- Perform functional analysis and estimates for enhancement requests.
- Perform the upgrade on peopletools and peoplesoft application.
- Perform complete lifecycle testing and document the code changes.
- Perform tuning for slow running processes.
- Prepare user training material.
- Provide Techno Functional guidance for system upgrade activities.
- Provide weekly Status reports.
Experience Required: 84+ Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
- 84 months of functional experience performing Peoplesoft FSCM (AR, Billing, eBill Payment, and GL) implementations including requirements gathering and producing functional specifications.
- 84 months of experience in performing Peoplesoft FSCM upgrades, fit gap analysis, and retrofitting the customizations.
- 72 months of experience in Oracle 19c or higher databases. This includes designing Tables, Triggers, Stored Procedures and writing SQL.
- 72 months of experience in creating Crystal Reports and BI Publisher reports.
- 60 months of experience in creating Test plans and Test scripts.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. This includes, but is not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. At Voyatek, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current hourly range is $59.00 and $69.00.
