Medical Receptionist

Ultimate Staffing is searching for an onsite receptions with experience working in a Medical Office. This position will cover four locations with the primary in Hartford. You may be asked to cover Rocky Hill, Farmington or Glastonbury Based on vacations or sick coverage. The hours are 8:00am -5:00pmTemp to Hire position.

What's needed for this role?

• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Communication Skills
• Check patients in or out at the front desk
• Keep accurate records and patient confidentiality
• Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office administration
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to answer phones and greet customers
• Reliable transportation and ability to get to both Glastonbury (3days), Bloomfield (1 day) and Hartford (1day)
• Organizational skills and can multitask
