REQUIREMENTS: FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST / SCHEDULER
* Working on-site in a healthcare clinic
* Demonstrated ability to use MS Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Organizational skills, prioritization, communication, teamwork, time management, initiative, reliable and dependable, conflict resolution, customer service and interpersonal skills

RESPONSIBILITIES: BILINGUAL MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST / SCHEDULER
* Responsible for entering instructions needed for scheduling in the electronic medical record
* Take or respond to telephone calls promptly to establish or confirm appointments
* Responsible for the scheduling of patient appointments for consultations, evaluations, and treatments; follow-up or re-evaluation
* Responsible for collecting existing and new patient insurance information for insurance verification purpose
* Provide support in maintaining and updating patient medical records
* Responsible for entering data into various electronic systems, as well as maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data
* Utilize appropriate schedule codes in scheduling office and hospital based medical procedures, for patients with appropriate provider and time/location slot
* Program patients for diagnostic and imaging tests to be completed
REQUIREMENTS: SCHEDULING SPECIALIST
* Able to take 20-30 inbound and outbound phone calls per day
* Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.
* Upbeat, friendly, and motivated personality
* Proficient data entry and computer skills

* Assisting in confirming and scheduling patient appointments
* Taking inbound phone calls
* Making outbound phone calls
* Rescheduling and confirming patient appointments
* Input data into the system
