JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Administration - Effectively demonstrates skills related to the completion and processing of forms, documents and reports. Compiles information and performs data entry for educational tracking. Assist and support improvements and modifications that may have a significant impact on the success, professional quality and efficiency of the assigned programs and objectives. Implement new procedures, processes, services and systems to improve the consistent quality of the related programs. Compile, organize, summarize, prepare and/or analyze data for designated projects and report appropriately.

Operation - Audit and evaluate departmental program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative research analysis techniques. Develop program and individual trainee budgets and effectively administer program related events, ideas, concepts, themes, resources and materials. Provide administrative oversight and assistance for departmental operations and programs. Compile, organize, summarize, prepare and/or analyze data for designated projects and report appropriately. Research issues related to assigned projects.

Coordination - Serve as a liaison with internal and external departments, programs and organizations. Continually explore community and external organizations opportunities to advertise professional program visibility and utilize all appropriate current resources. Administer and analyze program and individual evaluations required to ensure ongoing compliance with accreditation for all trainees and programs. Effectively demonstrates communication skills related to conveying relevant information. Develop and maintain efficient internal communication processes to support the activities of the department/program. Assemble and distribute material for project communications.

Media Maintenance - Effectively demonstrates skills related to the use of a variety of software and information systems. Uses software applications to create tables, charts, and forms. Maintains electronic files and folders related to educational activities and accreditation requirements. Organize, maintain and assume responsibility for required databases.

Reporting - Assists in the maintenance of budgets and billing related to initiatives and programs. Collects and electronically submits payroll information for department. Acts as a liaison with payroll. Compiles information and performs data entry for departmental budget information/expense tracking. Assists with completion of HR and other forms. Assists with account reconciliation. Validates accuracy of information submitted and resolves discrepancies. Assists with accurately capturing and reporting revenue and expense related to activities.
Individual/discrete responsibility for at least 1 accredited residency/fellowship program and 8 CCHMC trainees(12 rotators=1 resident/fellow) or support a centralized, org-wide education group.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
