JOB DESCRIPTION

Support the development of asset equipment Maintenance builds, coordinate and support maintenance assessments and maintenance analysis and improvements projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Development and improvement of maintenance tasks, inclusive of Tasks Lists and Maintenance Strategies
  • Review and interpretation of engineering information (such as dwgs, functional, and technical specifications) for the building of Asset Hierarchy
  • Leverage simplified optimization approaches for optimizing maintenance plans for non-critical and low complexity critical equipment/systems while keeping with sound reliability principles
  • Develop detailed Engineering Discipline equipment specific Work Instructions and Task Lists and the associated Master Data
  • Continuous improvement of Maintenance Development and Optimization processes and technical procedures
  • Develop Maintenance Procedures
  • Conduct equipment and Spares Criticality Assessments and Safety Critical Element (Equipment) assignment exercises
  • Participate in client workshops and reviews
  • Identify Spares for Maintenance Strategies, catalogue Spare Parts, consumables and assemble Bills of Materials
  • Participate and support the facilitation of equipment reliability related studies including RCM studies, FMEAs, FMECAs, Criticality Analysis, and RCAs
  • Provide Techncial oversight and carry out Maintenance Data analysis and QA/ QC
  • Support the development project documentation such as procedures, standards, and analysis papers
  • Conduct RCFAs and apply other failure analysis techniques
  • Carry out Site-based Work Management, Maintenance and Reliability assessments employing data analytics techniques
  • Develop technical reports, and conduct lessons learnt sessions
  • Travel to client Sites inclusive of onshore, offshore plants, and office locations
  • Coordinate the package of deliverables for handover to clients
  • Coordinate assignments across development team
  • Lead change management and process implementation
  • Deliver maintenance, reliability, and work management training
  • Developing work schedules and shutdown execution strategies
  • Develop and roll-out technical requirements for Maintenance Build and optimization projects
  • Institute governance for the control of documenting, storage, archival and communication of technical data
  • Domain expertise in the development of Master Data development processes, and the application and specifications of Master Data Techncial Objects
  • Deep working knowledge in the configuration of on-premise and Enterprise level Asset Management or CMMS tools such as SAP, Maximo, and others


QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications:
  • BSc, BEng, BTech. Degree in either Mechanical Engineering discipline or equivalent with Site-based experience in Maintenance and Reliability management
  • MSRP Certification is advantageous

Minimum Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance management and in the execution of maintenance development projects
  • Experience in maintenance data development and updates
  • Experience in the development and configuration of Maintenance and Spares Master Data
  • Experience in the execution of big data analytics and machine learning techniques
  • Demonstrable balance of offshore and onshore asset equipment installation, operations, and maintenance experience
  • Experience in the operation and maintenance of oil and gas, petrochemical, LNG, or manufacturing assets
  • Experience and working knowledge of process safety and equipment safety systems
  • Experience in leading teams and supervision

Job-Specific Skills:
  • Knowledge of reliability and maintenance processes including Criticality Assessments, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Reliability Centered Maintenance Studies
  • Strong functional and technical knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Master Data Objects
  • Strong analytical skills. Data analytics, database, and spreadsheet manipulation skills
  • In-depth application knowledge of process mapping and lean concepts
  • In-depth Knowledge of the local statutory or regulatory maintenance requirements and risk management programs
  • Knowledge of OREDA, API and OSHA guidelines
