JAS is an international, non-asset-based supply chain services and solutions company. Our services include air and ocean freight forwarding, contract logistics, customs brokerage, distribution, inbound logistics, truckload brokerage and other supply chain management services, including consulting, the coordination of purchase orders and customized management services.

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for coordinating and implementing global marketing efforts to ensure they are delivered as scheduled, within budget, on-brand and to the best possible quality. This position develops tools and best practices to support the execution of marketing campaigns reports on marketing metrics; and provides general marketing support as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Coordinate marketing efforts
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and measure against goals
• Conduct market research for campaign development
• Collaborate with team and coordinate with other departments/offices
• Keep informed of the latest marketing strategies and trends
• Provide PowerPoint design support as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
• Strong project management skills. Able to multitask, organize and prioritize work, meet tight deadlines and work independently
• Strong analytical skills and good attention to detail

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5 years' experience in corporate marketing or similar role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Basic - intermediate knowledge of creative tools including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint would be highly desirable
