Job SummaryThe
Manager, Nursing & Allied Recruitment increases the utilization of AMN's Staffing and Managed Services by rapidly growing the candidate database through active recruitment. You will develop a consultative selling strategy, and deliver timely customer service to achieve regional revenue and profit contribution targets and increase market share!
Job Responsibilities
- Research and develop multiple viable recruitment strategies in multiple geographies to produce a long-term, quality, and diverse global candidate pipeline for the division.
- Reinforce pivotal initiatives and training at the desk by observing and mentoring while assisting in the development of innovation and sales strategies.
- Educates new recruiters on the healthcare staffing industry, including terminology and methodologies.
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding all Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for the Recruitment division.
- Runs the On-Hold report (Entrée) to ensure all qualified applicants are being pushed through the process in a timely manner.
- Perform weekly one on one meetings to gauge performance.
- Designs, tracks, and reviews overall recruitment numbers to ensure growth.
- Communicates goals with the team to help build accountability and ensure expectations are understood.
- Develops, researches and implements sourcing and marketing campaign strategies.
- Mentors and development team to ensure everyone is staying on track to hit goals.

QualificationsEducation & Years of Experience
- Associate's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7-9 years of work experience
Additional Experience
- Demonstrated experience in inside sales
- Healthcare staffing experience
- Experience in a team lead or supervisory role
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate$56,500 - $70,500 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
