Join our dynamic Omni team at Sam's Club as a Manager of Business Strategy eCommerce. This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to significantly influence our business direction and contribute to our long-term success. You will make an impact by:

  • Project Management: Oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with senior leaders to align strategies with operational plans. Facilitate cross-department collaboration for unified goal achievement. Present updates and recommendations to executives.
  • Performance Measurement: Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with change management and process improvement methodologies is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.










Minimum Qualifications...
