Looking to add a Director of Maintenance to their team who will support a portfolio of 2000+ affordable-housing units in the Bronx.
Who you are:
- 10+ years experience in Affordable Maintenance Management
- Strong leadership with a hands-on approach
- Ready to roll up your sleeves for a new challenge
This position offers:
- Comprehensive health benefits package including 401K match plan
- 22 days PTO plus 13+ paid holidays
- Starting pay of $93K-100K base salary
