Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Mailroom Clerk with a clean and clear driving record. This position requires someone who can drive to the post office, run office errands, pickup and drop offs at local courthouses or client offices.
Duties include:
- Driving staff to court and appointments.
- Deliver and pickup documents at various locations within downtown and surrounding areas.
- Ensure vehicles are well maintained on a weekly basis with car washes, oil changes, etc.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail promptly.
- Safely operate mailroom equipment
- Assist with delivery and invenotory of office supplies.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid drivers license with clear driving record
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Solid work ethic
- Ability to work in high volume, fast paced environment
- Good communication skills and computer skills
