Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Logistics Coordinator:
 

  • Provide logistics support for various channels including Direct-to-Consumer, Tour, and Retail

  • Coordinate the end-to-end process of inbound and outbound goods, ensuring timely delivery to the end destination

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance satisfaction

  • Liaise with operations management team to confirm tracking, packing lists, and proof of deliveries

  • Work closely with the Logistics Manager to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to and from our fulfillment centers

Required Skills for Logistics Coordinator:
 

  • Strong computer skills including extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite

  • High level of attention to detail with excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to analyze data and trends, make educated conclusions based upon data

  • Embraces teamwork; shares ideas/methods to improve performance

  • Experience in consumer products, retail operations, or e-commerce is preferred

  • Logistics and transportation experience preferred

  • In-house warehousing and distribution experience preferred

  • Bachelor's in Business or Supply Chain preferred

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferable in music or entertainment industry

  • Experience with order management and customer service

  • Experience managing data from multiple reporting systems

    Compensation Details: $26/hr
