Beacon Hill Legal is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join a well-respected mid-size law firm based in Downtown Pittsburgh. The Office Manager will manage daily firm operations by overseeing the facilities and all non-attorney staff. Duties include, but aren't limited to:
- Managing daily workflow and coverage issues;
- Onboard new staff and manage training and orientation;
- Managing yearly performance review process;
- Recruit and interview new staff and prepare new offices;
- Handling benefits and payroll administration;
- Work closely with firm's executive board and act as liaison;
- Etc.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a law firm setting;
- Bachelor's Degree;
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
