Job Description: Boutique firm in Pasadena seeks an experienced Legal Biller to join their team. The ideal Legal Biller has 3-5 years of experience working with Timeslips and is familiar with entering time, preparing bills, running reports, and managing delinquency/debt reconciliation.

Legal Biller Job Duties:

- Enter time for timekeepers including Paralegals and Attorneys via Timeslips

- Prepare and send bills/pro forma to clients and vendors

- Run various accounting reports

- Post payments to client accounts and ensure accuracy

- Review delinquency reports on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis

- Follow up on existing delinquent accounts and obtain payment

- Process payments

Legal Biller Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience as a Legal Biller required

- Timeslips experience required

- Proven experience in debt collection/reconciliation

- Strong customer service and attention to detail
