Our client is seeking a Lead Tech Product Manager with a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud report writing. This role is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact on their project.

As a Lead Tech Product Manager, you will be responsible for creating complex reports within Oracle HCM Cloud, with a particular focus on data validation. You will collaborate with our client's team, assisting them in enhancing their report-writing skills and tackling more advanced tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and write complex Oracle HCM Cloud reports, focusing on data validation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver high-quality reports
- Assist our client's team in improving their Oracle HCM Cloud report writing skills by sharing best practices and guidance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing reports as needed
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of data presented in reports

Requirements:
- Proven experience in Oracle HCM Cloud report writing, especially with complex reports
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud data structures and reporting tools
- Understanding of budgeting, payroll, and finance
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal team members
- Problem-solving skills to identify and address reporting issues effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in data validation and ensuring data accuracy in reporting
- Familiarity with best practices for Oracle HCM Cloud report development
- Experience training or mentoring others in report writing is a plus

Please note that candidates must complete a background check and drug screen upon offer. This is a contract position for a duration of 6 months.
