IDR is seeking a Lead Analytics & HCM Solutions Manager to join one of our top clients in a 100% remote role. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Lead Analytics & HCM Solutions Manager:

  • Understand client requests and business requirements, translating them into analytic plans
  • Understand database structure and data elements, selecting correct data elements and crafting queries
  • Run reports and perform QA of data, presenting results in a format appropriate for a client audience
  • Create technical documentation of processes and tools, serving as an expert for all analytics processes and systems that support the business
  • Manage the workload for the HCM team, ensuring a balanced workload and timely resolution of critical issues


Required Skills for Lead Analytics & HCM Solutions Manager:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a reporting/analytical position
  • Proficiency in SQL, Visual Basic, MS Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint
  • Experience with coding and macros
  • Proven track record of working with data, synthesizing data, and presenting results and recommendations to leadership
  • Ability to work with confidential information
  • Undergraduate degree with previous relevant experience
