Job Description
Security is a team game, and in this role, you will play a pivotal role in that. Our team is responsible for expanding the value delivered through our Technology Alliances with ecosystem integrations. With more than 250+ technology partners, you'll have a great opportunity to learn about the latest innovations, companies, and help our customers succeed. As part of our Business Development team, you will have a direct impact on our customer experience by growing the number and quality of our Out-of-the-box integrations.
We are looking for a highly skilled ISV Partner Integration Engineer who will help our technology partners build seamless integrations with our Identity Security platform. In this role, you will focus on executing technical initiatives that enable partners to self-serve, integrate, and deploy solutions within our ecosystem.
As a key player in our Technology Alliances team, you will be hands-on in managing technical onboarding, infrastructure setup, and providing technical support to our partners. Working closely with our Tech Alliances Architect, who defines the architecture and strategy, you will ensure successful execution at every stage of the partner integration process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execution of Partner Integrations: Assist third-party technology partners in building and deploying integrations within our platform.
• Onboarding and Support: Provide technical onboarding to partners and offer continuous support to ensure smooth integration processes.
• Manage Integration Environments: Develop, manage, and maintain the environments and infrastructure needed for third-party integrations, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Certification and Compliance: Support and run technical certifications of third-party integrations, guiding partners through the process and ensuring compliance with our standards.
• Collaboration with Architect: Work alongside the Tech Alliances Architect to implement the infrastructure required for partner integrations, executing on defined architectures and strategies.
• Optimize Tools and Processes: Continuously improve tools, workflows, and processes to make integration development and support more efficient for both internal teams and partners.
• Drive Partner Enablement: Help scale our partner ecosystem by creating and managing developer kits, resources, and self-service tools for third-party developers.
• Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Resolve any technical issues that arise during the integration lifecycle, ensuring timely and efficient problem-solving.

Qualifications
• Experience: 3+ years of engineering experience with a focus on integration technologies and ISV partnership in the cyber security domain.
• Engineering experience: Experience may include any of the following roles; DevOps, Development, Solution Engineering, IT Infrastructure or Support
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of integration tools, APIs, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-On Execution: Track record of successful execution in technical projects, with a strong focus on enabling partners to build integrations, including building the infrastructure and providing support
• Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose issues with integrations and provide actionable solutions efficiently.
• Strong Communication: Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and partners.
• Collaboration: Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with architects, product managers, and third-party developers.
• Certification Management: Experience guiding and executing technical certifications for partner solutions is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $101,000 - $140,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee's performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
