Job Description Summary
The Integration Manager - Corporate Applications will manage a team of Technical Application Analyst to design, develop/configure, implement, integrate and support SRAlab's integration software systems. Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of systems projects to ensure project and SRAlab goals are accomplished. Manages technical application team to support SRAlab's information systems, ensuring system issues are resolved.

Job Description
The Integration Manager - Corporate Applications will:
- Manages day-to-day activities of Information Technology staff to set priorities and optimizes systems in collaboration with IT and Operational Leadership.
- Understands technology trends and government initiatives related to healthcare and business operations.
- Oversees SRAlab's Integration application systems through the full system lifecycle.
- Works closely with the Director of Corporate Applications and operational peers to develop the Corporate Systems Information Strategic Plan.
- Interfaces with leadership to identify business and system needs to support overall operations of the lines of services supported.
- Manages existing in-house developed and 3rd-party applications or interfaces including installing upgrades, providing enhancements and problem management.
- Interviews, selects, counsels, mentors, and evaluates performance of direct reports and related resources.
- Maintains confidentiality of clinical and personnel information in keeping with policies of Shirley Ryan AbilityLab.
- Demonstrates effective problem solving and willingness to adapt to a changing environment.
- Maintains open, productive communication with the IT Leadership and representatives throughout the organization.
- Conducts regular meetings with staff and operational counterparts to ensure timely, relevant dissemination of information, identification of concerns, and active problem solving of pertinent issues.
- Promotes and maintains positive, productive partnerships inter- and intradepartmental to encourage effective collaboration. Provides consultation related to processes and information systems.
- Manages projects utilizing the standard project management methodologies, monitors systems, analyzes processes, evaluates outcomes, and recommends revisions.
- Ensures that appropriate systems are in place to support corporate staff.
- Responsible for contributing to the development of short and long range goals consistent with the mission, vision, and values.
- Integrates appropriate business and IT practice standards when planning and implementing systems.
- Participates in the development and revises policies and procedures related to corporate systems.
- Perform all other duties that may be assigned in the best interest of the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab.

Reporting Relationships- Reports directly to the Director, IT and Corporate Applications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Degree in Information systems (e.g., Computer Science) or Business Administration.
- Experience (7+ years) with managing integration systems and/or custom business applications in a healthcare environment.
- Experience (7+ year) with healthcare integration tools (for example, Cloverleaf), Cerner Open Engine software, or Web Services / Engines (examples including Biztalk, SOAP standards) incorporating HL7 V3 standards.
- Experience with Workday and/or Oracle Cerner Integration.
- Demonstrated project and process management skills.
- Strategic orientation to establish a vision and act with broader benefit of SRAlab in mind.
- Achievement orientation with commitment to high standards of excellence and innovation.
- Experience managing and supporting Interface Manager applications.
- Understanding of and experience with applications lifecycle and development methodologies.
- Strong ability to communicate with a broad set of individuals including SRAlab executives, Corporate staff, subordinate staff, and technical staff.

- Strong sense and ownership and accountability to manage scope of responsibilities.
- Experience with delivery of superior customer service.

Working Conditions- Normal office environment with little or no exposure to dust or extreme temperature.
Pay and Benefits*:Pay Range: $95,508.19 - $158,537.60 annually
