RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Insurance Agency Coordinator to add to their team in Live Oak, TX.Responsibilities:- The Insurance Agency Coordinator will assist the agency to work efficiently while working with members and non-members
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to prospects and clients
- Schedule and send reminders for telephone appointments
- Retrieve and log all referrals, transactions, and activities
- Retrieve and answer inbound faxes, email requests, and process mail
- The Insurance Agency Coordinator will maintain strong prospect and existing client relationships
- All other duties as assigned (note: essential functions and responsibilities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice)
REQUIREMENTS:
- General Lines Property and Casualty license a plus
- 1+ years of job-related experience
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor with prospective and current clients either by phone or in person
- Bilingual is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
