Responsibilities

• Assist Account Manager in managing a book of Commercial Lines business
• Grow client loyalty and build relationships through excellent service
• Support handling renewals, new policies, billing and claims requests
• Maintain understanding of market

Requirements

• 5 years minimum Commercial Lines experience
• Strong administrative and computer skills
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Strong computer skills
• Self motivated, team player that maintains a sense of urgency
