Job Description:

As an Information Security Engineer, you will:

• Consult on and participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Information Security Engineering.
• Contribute to large-scale planning related to Information Security Engineering deliverables.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Information Security Engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Information Security Engineering deliverables.
• Leverage a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with client personnel in Information Security Engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Shop:
  
  • Strong background in Identity Access Management, specializing in all aspects of Entra ID (MFA, CA, Sync, Applications, Management, etc.), and associated technologies like Active Directory and third-party tools such as CyberArk and Okta.
  • Strong background in Azure, including Resource Groups, Subscriptions, IaaS, PaaS, Networking, etc., specifically related to management, permissions, and identity.
  • Deep knowledge of automating cloud technologies using PowerShell, Terraform, ARM Templates, MS Graph API, etc.
  • Self-starter with the ability to learn on the job, lead projects, respond to outages, write well-documented reports, and work within agile development frameworks.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing Terraform code.
  • Experience using code repositories such as GitHub.
  • Proven experience writing PowerShell scripts from scratch, including Graph API and MSOL.
  • Experience in writing a drift management tool.
  • Proven ability to learn new programming languages as required.
• Additional Skills:
  
  • Ability to write clear and concise Jira stories.
  • Ability to gather necessary information to address challenges effectively.
  • Business analyst skills, including reporting and creating pivot tables.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
