The Quality Assurance Nurse provides support to the division healthcare programs that require compliance with specific immunizations to be eligible for the clinical setting. The position is PRN and works when needed to cover the duties listed below.Review and approve/deny records identified by Health Science Compliance/Clinical Coordinator as requiring QA review.Review and troubleshoot and problem solve student and faculty non-compliance immunization issues.Develop database for the HECH Division that lists clinical agencies and their immunization, CORI/SORI, drug testing, and other healthcare documentation requirements.Monitor CCP clinical passport requirements.Work with chairs each year to establish and/or reconfirm health records and immunization requirements listing deadlines for the different chairs each year to establish and/or reconfirm health records and immunization requirements listing deadlines for the different requirements by program.Maintain digital folders by agency with the agency policies that apply to health record, immunization, and/or EHR training/orientation requirements.Provide access to all program chairs/clinical personnel.Develop onboarding and training procedures/platforms for FT Health Science Compliance person concerning health records and immunization requirements.Update training platform and train health science compliance person/clinical coordinator on changes to immunization and health requirements based on clinical agency, CDC, and/or public health guidelines/requirements.Review and sign off on FIT testing documentation.REQUIRED:
