HRIS Analyst

Our client, a leading law firm, seeks a dynamic People Data Analyst to join their team at their White Plains office. The ideal candidate possesses advanced knowledge of UKG, Excel, and other data analysis tools, as well as multiple years of experience in data analytics, preferably in the HR space. Furthermore, the ability to collect, analyze, and present data clearly and effectively is critical to having success in this position. An ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, detail-oriented, and knowledge of HR practices pertaining to HRIS systems are also key facets of this position. • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in HR.
• Advanced knowledge of UKG, required.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical skills and an ability to present data effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this role is $75k-$100k.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
