Your Role:

• Manage projects for HR transformation projects within US Life Science including:
  • People analytics, organizational changes, communication plan around workforce activities, and more.
• Partners with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, the Business and other stakeholder groups to oversee & manage people-related decisions
• Delivers operational people solutions and support for all employee lifecycle solutions in collaboration with Solutions Partners leveraging the existing solutions portfolio and frameworks
• Provides guidance on change management best practices
• Acts as a floating HR Business Partner within the US during times of lower project volume
• Actively listen to feedback and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding to foster open communication and collaboration.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through regular communication and collaboration, making it easier to engage in constructive discussions when disagreements arise.
• Present at all levels of the organization and managing unexpected questions and challenges. You leverage data and technology to drive positive employee experience.
• Utilizing HR metrics and analytics to assess workforce trends, inform decision-making, and drive continuous improvement in HR best practices.
• Leveraging best practices from previous projects.

Location: Onsite at one of our locations with ability to travel as needed (10% expectation).

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS degree and 5 years exp or MS degree with 3 years or 8+ years of experience
• Experience in a large corporation, in HR or in a leadership position; or proven & demonstrated advanced PMO and HR skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of human resources topics
• Ability to work with sensitive data maintaining confidentiality
• Ability to juggle multiple projects at once
• Employee relations and investigation experience
