Our client, a prominent professional services company, seeks a dynamic HR Operations Associate to join their team in the NYC office. This candidate will be supporting the firm's family-office, providing support to the firm's co-CEOs. The ideal candidate possesses experience processing multiple payrolls, has worked with PEOs, and has conducted background checks and other testing for employees. In addition, an ability to answer employee inquiries regarding benefits, oversee performance management processes, and reviewing contracts from a variety of staff and third party vendors are key aspects of this position. This candidate will be communicating with employees across all different walks of life requiring a highly-polished yet relatable demeanor that resonates with all parties. - Bachelors degree, required.
- Proficiency in PEO knowledge and HRIS systems (ADP preferred).
- 5+ years of relevant HR Operations or HR Administration experience.
- An ability to champion multiple tasks simultaneously.
The salary range for this position is $140,000-$150,000.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
