HR Generalist

A water treatment company is looking to bring on an HR Generalist to support their team! This role involves a variety of HR tasks, focusing on recruitment, mobility, and general HR operations. This is an onsite role in Katy, TX and salary is $60-70k.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies
• Source and interview candidates
• Coordinate employee relocations and assist with visa processes
• Support day-to-day HR operations, including HRIS data management and payroll

Requirements:

• 2+ years of HR experience in a multi-state environment
• Familiarity with visa and immigration procedures
• Experience with HRIS systems (SAP & ADP preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred
• Ability to work independently in a startup environment
