HR Coordinator

The Human Resources team is working through a multi-year transformation program which will result in changes to what the group delivers and how it operates. This will necessitate changes to the role of the Human Resources Coordinator as new systems and programs are rolled out.

What You Will Do:

  • Project lead for all cyclical Human Resources administrative activities including but not limited to personnel changes, Performance Navigator, annual merit, talent reviews, etc.
  • Manage the communications plans for projects and activities as assigned
  • Working collaboratively with Central Human Resources teams (Talent, Benefits, Shared Services) to facilitate the rollout of all initiatives in a way which most positively impacts the region; building strong relationships with these teams
  • Administrative management of contractors in Fusion.
  • Administrative support for Human Resources Director and the HR team.
  • Manage Onboarding Process, including New Hire Orientation.
What You Will Need:

Education and Experience
  • High School diploma required; college degree preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience preferred
  • Experience using an ERP Human Resources module (Oracle, SAP, etc); i.e. able to efficiently navigate through the system to identify information, able to set up and run reports exporting to a usable format
  • Experience of team and/or project coordination in an geographically diverse environment
  • Experience of developing and managing communications plans for projects
  • Experience of using technology to communicate with people in other locations (Teams, etc), demonstrable experience of integrating this into own activity and supporting team usage
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Technically literate on all Microsoft products to intermediate level at least:
    • Excel - able to manipulate data across multiple sheets and use key formulas (Vlook-up, median, LOS, etc)
    • PowerPoint and Word -able to format and manipulate documents for greatest impact
    • Project - able to plan and track projects autonomously including reporting against milestones, etc
    • Outlook - able to use the software to maximum effect to support efficiency both for self and wider team
  • Pro-active and solutions orientated with demonstrable experience of delivering improved service levels
  • Detail orientated with the ability to deliver against stretching deadlines while maintaining quality levels
  • Demonstrable experience of working at pace in a service orientated environment, responsive to customers
  • Deadline and delivery orientated, able to manage delivery expectations
  • Able to communicate orally and in writing complex issues clearly and succinctly in a manner which is engaging and professional
  • Able to build relationships with employees, managers and external partners which enable the individual to influence opinions and activity for the benefit of the company
  • Ability to gain a working knowledge of the ABS Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental Management System
Reporting Relationships:

Reports to an Administrator, Manager, Director or Executive level position
