Home Buying Concierge Support Specialist

As a Home Buying Concierge Support Specialist, you will review calls, assess interactions and track observations. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating the utility portal and assist HBC's in task management. You will work across Veterans United Home Loans and its affiliates to gather information and update databases as appropriate.

Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:

• Conduct call quality recording reviews to assess the client experience.
  
• Maintain integrity of the utility portal by deleting, editing, and creating cards when necessary.
  
• Support Home Buying Concierge teams through task management as needed. Conduct follow up tasks and first payment calls.
  
• Assess real estate agent accuracy on sales contracts.
  
• Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.
