Your new role
Healthcare Construction Estimator Role:
- Estimator for healthcare construction projects, responsible for planning and managing estimating activities.
- Interpreting, and presenting estimates.
- Reviewing project plans, coordinating subcontract solicitations, determining costs
- Maintaining good relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3 years of project engineering or related experience
• Ability to read and understand specifications and drawings
• Strong judgment and calculation skills
• Familiarity with healthcare construction costs and principles
• Healthcare Construction Estimating experience (including quantity takeoffs and purchasing accounting)
• Proficiency in drafting and computer skills
