Head of Product

Burlington, MA or Remote - Up to $250k plus bonus

Established company looking for a strategic Head of Product to lead product vision, drive innovation, and manage the lifecycle of their offerings. You'll be responsible for scaling the product, leading a cross-functional team, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy: Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and drives growth.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a growing product team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
• Product Delivery: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely, high-quality releases.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on product strategy and delivery.
• Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs to measure product success, adoption, and user satisfaction.
• Innovation: Stay ahead of market trends and continuously improve products based on feedback and insights.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years in product management, with 3+ years in a leadership role. SaaS experience preferred.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing teams.
• Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with experience setting and tracking KPIs.
• Technical Acumen: Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding product architecture.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Experience in SaaS, particularly within healthcare, finance, or billing sectors.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and scaling products for growth.
