Full Stack Lead

We are seeking a dynamic Full Stack Lead to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our leasing platform. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader with a passion for technology and innovation.
Responsibilities

• Lead an agile team in delivering epics, features, and stories prioritized in program increment planning.
• Provide day-to-day support for the leasing platform, ensuring smooth operations.
• Identify and remediate production issues while seeking opportunities for automation and cloud-based services.
• Support the migration of windows-based applications to AWS, utilizing Node, React, and Terraform.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance processes and improve overall efficiency.

Skills

• Hands-on experience leading teams in a technology-focused environment.
• Proficiency in React, Node, and Python.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and experience with Terraform.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with leasing platforms is a significant plus.
• AWS certifications are highly preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
