RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Full Stack Developer in Chicago, IL.Summary:As a Full-stack Software Engineer, you will contribute to building products that address our customers' needs in an agile setting. You will have the flexibility to move between teams and projects as you, along with our fast-growing business, continue to evolve. This role requires an individual who can work independently, take initiative in leading innovative projects, and thrive in a collaborative team culture that prioritizes mentorship, professional development, and diversity.We seek engineers who are adaptable, demonstrate leadership potential, and are eager to tackle new challenges. This is an exciting full-time role where you will collaborate with a skilled team of experts in engineering, marketing, design, and development.Duties Include:- Full Stack Developer will build advanced user interfaces utilizing Java, NodeJS, and GraphQL, integrating data through APIs
- Conceptualize and design new features for existing software systems
- Implement cloud-based solutions using Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure
- Work closely with Product Owners to define technical requirements and upcoming features
- As a Full Stack Developer will create applications that deliver seamless user experiences
- Convert graphic designs into production-ready products
- Lead or participate in design reviews with peers and stakeholders to evaluate and select the best technologies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years with React, Node.JS, Java and Express with heavier backend work
- Proven design and engineering expertise
- Solid experience with agile (continuous delivery) and iterative methodologies
- Strong understanding of life cycles within marketing and digital products
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical aspects
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
