CobbFendley is seeking an experienced Front Office Receptionist for our corporate headquarters located in Houston, Texas.
QUALIFICATIONSThe successful candidate’s most important qualifications include the following.
- Minimum 3-4 years office experience required.
- Ability to handle a Microsoft Teams phone system.
- Proven self-starter with strong time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize, highly organized, strong attention to detail.
- Excellent and accurate communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Interpersonal skills with flexibility to work with a variety of team members to meet aggressive project schedules.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provide professional administrative support to multiple departments and employees within the organization.
- Meet and greet guests as they arrive in a professional manner.
- Assist with maintaining/scheduling, packing and delivery of daily mail, Fed-Ex, and Courier services for office.
- Assist in the scheduling of conference room use.
- Maintain professional appearance of front office and conference rooms.
