Job Description Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide administrative support across the organization.
Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Pay: $18hr.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm).
  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system.
  • Manage email correspondence and handle inquiries promptly.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
  • Assist with project coordination and data entry.
  • File, organize, and maintain office documents both physically and digitally.
  • Transcribe notes and messages accurately.
  • Coordinate with various departments for efficient communication.
Skills:
  • Proficiency in Google Suite for email, calendar, and document management.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Ability to computerize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Support catering and meeting needs of the customer by helping with setups, cleanup, etc.
  • Track, log and recover visitor badges from deposit boxes and create employee badges upon request.
  • Familiarity with order entry processes.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
