This position is responsible for processing invoices, repair orders, and fuel reports for the Fleet Maintenance facility and provide all administrative support for Fleet Operations.
Essential Duties:
- Preparing and generating AP uploads for posting. Verification of vendors, invoices, and statements
- Generating and processing repair orders through the Fleet Maintenance software system
- Record keeping and filing of related Fleet Maintenance documents
- Generating complex reporting using Excel and creating Fleet Maintenance correspondence and announcements
- Working with wet fuelers. Reconciling wet fuel activity and invoices. Tracking & preparing multiple fuel reports.
- Monitoring fuel island users and units. Pulling daily, weekly, & monthly reports for billing as well as checking for accuracy.
- Performing other duties as assigned to meet business needs
Qualifications: - HS diploma or GED and minimum two years related experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Previous experience in Truck/Trailer, Equipment and/or Automotive, preferred but not required
- Must be willing to work flexible hours and holidays
