How You'll Add Value...

This position is within Corporate FP&A and will be responsible for day-to-day activities including data analysis for financial reporting, forecasting, and planning. Support data-driven decision making by providing management reports & analysis of monthly results and forecasts. Perform work to assist in the analysis of cost structure, profitability, and key performance metrics. Support the development of budgets and forecasts for functional spending areas and perform ad hoc analysis, as needed. During the quarter-end close, this position will assist with the preparation of the reports and analysis to support the quarterly earnings release.

What You'll Do...

  • Act as the primary support for functional executives regarding expense management and analytics.
  • Lead the development of the annual operating plan, the multi-year strategic plan, the quarterly forecasts, and estimates; partner with functional leaders to accurately forecast spend and headcount.
  • Prepare insightful monthly operating results to be reviewed with executives; have a deep understanding of drivers and trends, including vendor analysis.
  • Prepare executive presentations, including Board updates and investor presentations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve utilization and efficiency of the financial systems and enhance reporting functionality.
  • Lead and/or participate in process improvement initiatives.
  • Support various Corporate FP&A ad hoc initiatives/requests as they arise.

What you will Bring...
  • This position requires 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in business with a concentration in either Accounting or Finance.
  • Being a initiative-taker, with the ability to prioritize assignments and be highly organized.
  • Extensive Excel skills.
  • Strong preference for a candidate with knowledge of Oracle ERP and OneStream systems.
  • Other success factors include demonstration of excellent communications skills; willingness to take on progressively more responsibility; and strong attention to detail.

Working Conditions/ Schedule
  • Typical office environment with hybrid work model
  • May be asked to travel occasionally (anticipated to be around 10%)
