Volt is immediately hiring an C-Level Executive Talent Research Analyst for a remote opportunity.

As an C-Level Executive Talent Research Analyst you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive talent research to identify and track top level executive-level talent within the automotive sector.
  • Utilize diverse research methods, including online databases, professional networks, industry events, and strategic partnerships, to identify potential candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified executive candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Perform in-depth talent mapping exercises to uncover industry trends, competitor insights, and emerging talent pools.
  • Analyze talent data to derive actionable insights, inform decision-making, and optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Global Talent Acquisition executives to understand their strategic staffing objectives and develop research approaches.
  • Stay abreast of automotive industry developments, market dynamics, and talent trends to anticipate future talent needs and proactively address challenges.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on market intelligence, and talent landscape analysis to key stakeholders.

  • This is a hybrid role working 3 days onsite at their Fountain Valley, CA facility and 2 days remote. Position is long term indefinite temp, possible temp to hire in the future.

    The ideal candidate will have:
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • 4-8 years of experience in talent research
    • 1+ years of experience in the automotive industry.
    • Demonstrated expertise in talent mapping, data analysis, and executive sourcing methodologies.
    • Thorough understanding of automotive industry dynamics, market trends, and executive talent requirements.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with senior-level candidates and stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and data analytics platforms for talent sourcing and engagement.
    Pay Rate: 60/hr
