Position: Executive Assistant

Location: San Diego, CA

Salary: $65,000 to $80,000 per a year

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM- 5 PM

Responsibilities

  • Provide a broad variety of high-level administrative support to the Chief Accounting Officer
  • Act as a liaison to department management teams
  • Manage executive schedules
  • Coordinate travel itineraries and prepare accommodation arrangements
  • Communicate directly, and on behalf, of the Chief Accounting Officer to organizational staff, external partners, and others
  • Research, prioritize, and respond to matters related to the Chief Accounting Officer's initiatives
  • Create reports, prepare documents, and manage outgoing correspondence
  • Maintain paper and electronic filing systems
  • Oversee inventory and restock office supplies
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably within the real estate or property management industry
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of time
