Your OpportunityThis full-time role is about making an impact on people's lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As an Engineering Supervisor in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Outage Services Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include:
- Supervising a team of engineers that perform the following:
- Design of specialized tools to be used in PWR and BWR plants, specifically for reactor disassembly/reassembly and fuel movement.
- Perform non-routine and varied engineering assignments typically in the area of design, development, analysis, evaluation, testing, preparation of specifications, execution of field tasks and resolution of field problems.
- Ensuring compliance with government, organization, and customer engineering standards.
- Ensuring on time completion of engineering products and projects with the highest level of quality.
- Independently evaluating, selecting, and applying a variety of technical techniques, procedures, and criteria to ensure the successful completion of engineering projects.
- Preparing and reviewing design specifications, calculations, test requirements, and associated reports.

The Engineering Supervisor I position is within Framatome's Outage Services Engineering organization. This organization is responsible for a broad range of activities that support reactor disassembly/reassembly, refueling, and maintenance at commercial nuclear power plants. These include design of First Of A Kind (FOAK) tooling, supporting special projects, and implementing process improvements for outage tasks. The opportunity is located in Lynchburg, Virginia.

Your Total Rewards PackageThe range of base salary for the position is between $95,000 - $129,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
