Job Title: Senior Engineering Consultant (Contingent)

Job Description:

As a Senior Engineering Consultant in this contingent role, you will:

• Serve as an expert advisor to develop and influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs within the Engineering domain.
• Provide strategic consultation on resolving unique and highly complex challenges that require in-depth evaluation across multiple areas.
• Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions that demand vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
• Offer expertise to senior leadership on innovative Engineering business solutions.
• Engage strategically with client personnel to drive impactful outcomes.

Additional Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in developing enterprise applications using Rust.
• 4+ years of experience in developing smart contracts on platforms such as CosmWasm, Solidity, and/or Solana.
• Deep understanding of DeFi and crypto financial concepts.
• Proven experience in deploying complex smart contracts on the mainnet of a top blockchain.
• In-depth knowledge of one or more smart contract platforms, including CosmWasm and Solana.
• Experience in implementing complex mathematical algorithms in smart contracts.
• Expertise in DeFi testing, security, or auditing.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
