The Director, Enterprise Identity & Access Management is responsible for overseeing the strategy, architecture, and operations of the enterprise IAM program, ensuring secure and efficient management of enterprise identities across the organization's digital ecosystem. This role combines technical expertise and execution with leadership skills to drive IAM initiatives and manage the Enterprise IAM services team.

This position is part of Danaher Global Infrastructure and will be a remote role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Modernize: Overhauling and optimizing the organization's identity infrastructure to meet evolving business and security requirements.
  • Risk Reduction: Mitigating security and compliance risks through robust identity governance and enhanced audit controls.
  • User Experience: Delivering a seamless and secure experience for employees, partners, and customers through optimized access solutions.
  • Operational Efficiency: Driving automation, reducing manual processes, and streamlining identity workflows.
  • Team Development: Building a high-performing, future-ready IAM team aligned with organizational goals.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Long-standing experience in architecting and maintaining identity and access management solutions.
  • Multiple years of experience leading and managing technical teams in a similar capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SailPoint IdentityIQ, or similar Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms, and CyberArk or similar Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
  • Expertise in identity lifecycle management, access governance, and ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations (e.g., SOX, GxP, GDPR) including identifying and mitigating compliance risks.
  • Ability to develop forward-thinking strategies that align with organizational goals and adapt to dynamic environments with a proven track record in leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Ability to align, work with and effectively communicate with change management leads and project managers to set expectations and manage change effectively within the organization.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel - Approximately 10% travel required depending on projects.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications include Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM).
  • Industry Experience: Experience in specific industries (e.g., healthcare, life sciences) that require stringent IAM practices.
  • Advanced Technical Skills: Familiarity with emerging IAM technologies and trends, such as Zero Trust architecture, decentralized identity, and machine identity management in IAM.

The salary range for this role is $160,000 - $185,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
