Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Specialist:
- Leverage Nexthink to monitor and analyze digital employee experience metrics
- Develop and execute NQL queries to gather, interpret, and report on data
- Create and manage dashboards to visualize and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Implement remote actions and manage alerts/diagnostics to proactively address potential issues
- Support and manage PC infrastructure, including Active Directory and network components
Required Skills for Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Specialist:
- Proven experience with Nexthink, including: NQL queries, dashboards, remote actions, alerts, and diagnostics
- Query optimization and database logic
- Proficiency in Nexthink integrations with tools like Splunk
- Intermediate to advanced PowerShell scripting capabilities
- Knowledge of PC infrastructure, Active Directory, and network systems
