Desktop Support Technician

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SCCM and ServiceNow, alongside a strong foundation in desktop support. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of end-user devices, managing software deployments, and providing excellent support for hardware and software-related issues. You will also assist in maintaining the IT service management platform (ServiceNow) and contribute to the implementation of IT service automation.

Required:

• 5 days/week on site
• Experience in Desktop Support
• SCCM and ServiceNow experience
