Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Freelance Textile Designer to join their dynamic team. This role is perfect for a creative individual with a strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and a collaborative approach to working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop original textile designs for our client's designer collaborations, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and project specifications
- Recolor, scale, and update designs provided by collaborating brands
- Prepare detailed tech packs, communicating design specifications clearly to fabric mills
- Efficiently manage and organize design files within designated server and in Spark, ensuring accurate and timely information flow
- Review and approve fabric strike-offs, maintaining quality and design integrity
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing design updates and responding to feedback promptly

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in textile design, with experience across a range of categories (home, menswear, and womenswear) highly beneficial
- Proficiency in NedGraphics, Adobe Creative Suite, and preferably Spark
- Experience creating tech packs for fabric mills and reviewing and approving strike-offs to high standards
- Previous experience working with our client and a strong understanding of how to utilize Spark effectively is preferred
- Knowledge of utilizing color standards from systems such as Colorand Pantone
- Ability to adapt to varying project workloads, meeting deadlines during high-demand periods and maintaining productivity during quieter times
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to teamwork and timely communication
