RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is searching for a talented and professional Deposit Services Specialist to join our client's team on a long-term engagement in Seguin, TX.The Deposit Services Specialist will be responsible for:- Answering member and department inquiries via incoming/outgoing phone calls and internal chat
- Serve as a first line tech for basic ATM/ETM alerts or faults
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and communicate terminal issues to the VMS department accordingly
- Monitor, review, and research virtual deposits made via the ATM/ETM
- Practice advanced fraud detection techniques to safeguard member and credit union interests
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or GED required
- At least one year of job-related work experience
- Must have good organizational, communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively with a close attention to detail
- Must be able to work a flexible Monday - Sunday schedule
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
