Job Summary

Assists in the breakfast preparation and set-up of simple hot and cold foods using food service equipment and standard recipes within Hotel UMass; performs set-ups of serving areas; serves food and beverages; cleans equipment, production areas, serving and dining areas in a food service operation; washes dishes, pots, and pans.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions

• Must be able to balance, carry, pull, push, stand, bend, reach, twist, lift, and perform repetitive movements.

Work Schedule

• 6am to 11am, up to 5 days a week; 20 hours/wk.
• This is a temporary, non-benefited position.

Salary Information

• $15.00 - $19.00 per hour.
