Customer Relationship Representative - Get Revved Up with Us!

Are you a pro at navigating ERP systems and solving customer puzzles with finesse? Join our team as a Customer Relationship Representative and help top-tier dealerships stay ahead of the curve!

This isn't your typical call center job. Expect to handle a handful of daily calls, digging into order details, tracking installs, and mastering a mix of ERP tools (NetSuite experience is a bonus!). If you're organized, communicative, and thrive on making customers happy, this role's for you.

Schedule: Onsite (Good Hope): T/W/Th | Remote: M/F | 8-5

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to for dealership inquiries: order status, pricing, installs, and more.
• Master ERP systems to manage orders from entry to delivery.
• Coordinate shipments, track progress, and ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to find the answers clients need.
• Use your creativity to improve processes and wow our customers.
