Job Purpose:
This position will support customer experience teams with admin duties to support order management, vendor claim, customer credits, and reporting to support productivity and customer response time.Job Responsibilities:
● Run and manage multiple reports to assist in meeting customer expectations, includingAdditional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Work Experience:
● 1-3 years of related job experience.● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.● Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).Education:
