Are you a data enthusiast with a passion for turning insights into action and revenue? As our Customer Data Platform (CDP) Product Manager, you'll be at the helm of Danaher Life Science's complex Customer Data Architecture. You'll integrate various data sources to create a unified, 360-degree customer view, driving data-driven marketing and sales initiatives. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our CDP supports commercial AI, sales, and marketing use cases effectively, all while making customer interactions more personalized and engaging.
This position is part of the Danaher Life Sciences Customer Experience & Commerce Team and will be located is USA - Remote.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce DataCloud, ensuring seamless integration with the Snowflake Datawarehouse, MDM tools, and other systems.
Manage daily operations of the CDP, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across platforms.
Build and maintain data flows for audience segmentation, activation, and use case deployment to support sales and marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineering, sales, marketing, IT) to align the CDP with business goals.
Develop and enforce data governance policies to ensure data security, compliance, and privacy.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
7-10 years of experience in Digital product management, with specific experience in CDP, CRM, Marketing Automation or ABM tool implementations in B2B.
Multi-year experience with Salesforce DataCloud or similar CDP platforms.
Strong understanding of data management principles, including data integration, segmentation, and activation.
Proficiency with data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake) and MDM tools for managing customer profiles.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Ability to travel - travel up to 25% of the time globally
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Experience working with AI/ML-driven lead generation or personalized marketing in a B2B environment.
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation tools.
Experience in change management and driving adoption of new data platforms across large organizations.

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $130,000 - $145,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
