We currently have an exciting career opportunity in our Marketing team for a CRM Specialist based out of our Charlotte office in a hybrid capacity.

CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to alternate time between both remote and office. We're seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled CRM Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for administering and optimizing our CRM system to support our fast-paced relationship focused environment. Your expertise will ensure our core systems are reliable, accurate, and tailored to day-to-day user needs while delivering key insights to leadership. YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

General

  • Become a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM subject matter expert understanding how CohnReznick uses the tool, best practices, workflows, integrations, and opportunity process.
Data Cleansing
  • Be the project coordinator for all data cleansing activities, working closely with Chennai team members on various cleanse and data enrichment projects.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving data anomalies and errors; maintaining a high level of data integrity.
  • Assist with data integration projects.
User Experience & Support
  • Execute user support strategy to ensure proper levels of product support coverage.
  • Manage the helpdesk day to day answering questions and providing user support approximately 40 - 50 tickets a day on average.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials. Identify and support process improvement initiatives identified by CRM Manager
  • Analyze data and creating helpdesk ticket reports for insights into team operations and productivity.
  • Manage and maintain licenses for CRM and Introhive.
  • Learn to build and manage queries, views, and dashboards in CRM.
Technical support
  • Develop strong working relationships with CRM and PowerBI developers.
  • Work with CRM Manager to write simple to moderately complex test plans and test cases to ensure changes that are made to the application meet client needs and maintain application integrity.
  • Provide implementation consultation and support services during installations, upgrades, and customizations.
  • Determine system updates and improvements with the team, manage process timeline with IT by overseeing development requests and testing in QA environment when required.
  • Build deep knowledge of table structures and relationships database products related to CRM.
  • Maintain CRM mapping documentation and participate in broader data mapping projects.
  • Participate in system privacy compliance reviews and audits.
  • Coordinating and supporting integrations with third-party applications.
  • Supporting the team in daily troubleshooting, bug fixing, and end-user support.
Training
  • Provide technical user training virtually and in-person.
  • Host weekly CRM office hours, addressing FAQs and any user needs each week.
  • Provide user onboarding training.
YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have:
  • Bachelor's Degree or comparable on the job experience.
  • A solid analytical and technical background.
  • 2+ years of CRM Administration experience, e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong customer service skills, call center experience etc.
  • Strong background in teaching and training.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
