LA's top leading entertainment and sports agency is seeking an experienced corporate legal coordinator that will be supporting the Chief legal officer of the agency! Requirements:

• Draft, format redline confidential agreements.
• Communicate with executives regarding confidential agreements.
• legal research in regards to corporate law.
• Experiened with entity formations.
• Proficient with MS office suite, and Net Documents is a MUST*
• Familiarity with Carta or cap table management software.
• E-File high volume electronic files.

Qualifications:

• Experienced with cap table management and corporate matters.
• Must have a paralegal or legal assistant certificate.
• Time management, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize short term and long term projects.
• Excellent verbal and drafting skills.

This is a temp to hire position for LA's top talent agency representing the best A-list celebs, Sports athletes etc...

$30-$35/hour DOE!
